I highly recommend Michele Wilkinson for your home buying/selling needs around Nashville. I was connected with Michele last spring over a particular property I was looking at outside of Nashville. While that property didn’t work out, Michele listened to what I wanted and sent several other recommendations over the following months. Without knowing me, Michele KNEW me and what I wanted. Michele willingly drove to various neighborhoods around Nashville to provide virtual tours – always very thorough and insightful. I decided on a new build in a location that I love and bought the house sight unseen (!). Between making the offer and closing, there were many projects to be completed and oversight needed to ensure we’d close on time. Michele was more than willing to drive to the home, call the contractor, call the listing agent, call the closing company…the list goes on and on to ensure we made it to closing. She was diligent and professional. There were a few complications after closing due to unfulfilled promises by the contractor/listing agent and Michele was always quick to jump in and help problem solve to a solution. She leveraged her network to get answers when needed. Michele has gone out of her way to welcome me to Nashville and I’m so, so thankful for her.

Michele helped me find and buy a condo in 2007. When it was time to get a house in 2015, we called her. Not only did she sell our condo quickly, she showed us a lot of available houses. We fell in love with one and she helped us get it. Despite the speed bumps that inevitably pop up, she was always professional and good-humored. And while we have no plans, guess who we’re going to call when its time to move?

Michele was a very awesome agent. We just stopped in to an open house on a Sunday and she was very kind and talkative. We ended up staying in the house for a while as she walked us through showing us around and low and behold we decided to buy the house! We had a pretty unique buying situation and Michele helped us through the entire process and was always quick to respond to text, emails, or phone calls making anything difficult to become easy. We would highly recommend Michele as she was easy to work with and a great communicator.

Michelle was incredible – I honestly never knew a realtor could be so helpful. She was very thoughtful, involved and organized and I felt confident she had my family’s best interest at heart. On top of that she was very well connected when it came time for us to find handymen, painters, cleaning services and more. Since we are moving in from out of state, she is even throwing us a welcome party at our house and inviting all of our neighbors so we can get acquainted. I can’t recommend her enough!

One amazing realtor
Michele was so amazing from the first time she walked in she told us this will be a breeze and you’ll get top dollar for your home. It was only on the market for under 48 hours and the offers came and she shut it down. We’ve never experienced any that fast. Even the closing she said you’ll be done in under an hour that was 40 minutes. Just incredible, wish I had more properties to sell. I know who we’d use for sure. If you want someone who true to their word and knows their job. Michele’s the one for you, you won’t be disappointed true me when I say we didn’t believe what we got for our home following her directions. She made our upcoming Christmas merry for sure being back with family.
